Happy Halloween

Here's the kiddos in there costumes! A Warewolf, Belle, and a Vampire, also known as Jacob, Bella, and Edward for you Twilight fans. Come on, how creative was that?

Happy Halloween everyone!!! This a holiday that my kids look forward to for 364 days of the year. They love to dress up and think of there costumes months in advance. Taylor is kind of getting to the age that he won't let me pick his costume anymore so you can imagine the wheels spinning when he said he wanted to be a vampire!

"Oh Dallin, do you want to be warewolf for Halloween?"
"That would be so cool" Dallin said

So with the hype of Twilight I thought it would be PERFECT! And I have to say they all look darling and absolutely Handsome.

Cool dude Taylor as a vampire, AKA EDWARD!

Little Dallin as a Warewolf, AKA JACOB!

Mya as cute little BELLE!

So every month I get to play Bunco with these great group of girls, but tonight was especially fun because we all dressed up in our little costumes. I loved seeing everyone's costumes, I have to say good job girls for thinking of some really GREAT and original costumes. In case you can't tell, I am little red riding hood, stay tuned for my better half of the costume.........................................!

Sweet moments

So I know that this doesn't look like much, but believe me it is. My little Dallin who is the sweetest little guy ever, has a side of him that is a tad bit selfish. He DOES not like to share very much! So I had to capture this sweet moment when he was so nice to his little sis and shared all of the candy he had gotten. She was more than thrilled, but I have to say I am hoping this will be a habit that continues with him, it seems he has gotten better the last little while. Maybe he's growing up huh?

Tradition

First you take this!

And then you make for a GREAT family night together. We have a tradition of carving pumpkins, along with everyone else in the world, but of course we love love love to do this. Even the messy pumpkin guts don't scare us. Tonight we had a great time, the boys loved it, and Mya even tried to help. I got a little nervous when she was playing with the knife's but we came out with no bumps, cuts, or bruises! I think they turned out pretty good if I do say so myself. Funny thing, Jake thought he came up with the throwing up pumpkin himself, me and Taylor broke his bubble when we told him we saw it last year, sorry Jakey!

Taylor loved this mouth piece.

Me and Jake busy at it too!

The kids busy at work!

Wow I actually didn't take a picture!!!!

Thanks Aunt Beka for the yummy treats (best frosting ever) and for the great idea, darling!

It seems like in October there is always a bunch of fun things to do and especially my kids love going to the Pumpkin Patch to pick out there pumpkins! We really like the Vineyard "Pumpkinland" pumpkin patch because they have a lot of fun things for the kids to do. We spent Saturday afternoon there and the kids just LOVED it. Check back soon to see what cool things we have done to the pumpkins..........!

Ouch!

Before- Mya with her little Horsey's, of course one of them is Spirit.

So today little Mya spent the day with me. We started off going to one of my favorite people's baby shower, one of my sweet Mia Maid's Lindsey (a long time ago when I was a Mia Maid advisor) had her baby shower and then we went to my wards Super Saturday. She was such a trooper and loved spending the day with mom. The sad part was at our church she was playing on the carpeted stage and tumbled down the carpeted stairs and got the biggest rug burn on her eye, my poor little baby!

My poor little Mya!

Park City Fun

The clan at the Olympic Park

For UEA we decided to take the fam up to Park City and stay at Westgate. It was a nice little trip and we loved that grandma Sis and Aunt Ange came and stayed with us. We played games, went on the zip line, swam, watched movies, shopped, and of course ate yummy food. It's so nice to have these little get aways even if it was just to Park City, the kids had a blast.

The boys LOVED swimming in the pool

Tay and Jake in the hot tub!

Me and Tay going down the zip line, Tay's face is priceless!

Ange and Jake going down the crazy long Zip Line, yee ha!

Ange and Tay playing on the slide

Mya LOVES LOVES LOVES Aunt Ange, we call her Mya's 2nd momma!

This isn't funny, but it kind of was. We were eating at a Mexican restaurant and my mom thought that the little side of orange things were carrots. So she took a big bite of one and we found out that it was a habenero, okay those are the hottest peppers known to man. It was sad, but we couldn't help but laugh, sorry mom!

Witchy Poos

I can't blieve he humored me for this picture, but doesn't he look cute!

Mya was SOOOOO excited to have "Spirit" her new pony. The girl LOVES to watch spirit, ask me how many times I have already seen the show, and I cry every time, sheesh what's my problem.

So cute

Bowling, Pizza, and Fun

Bros

The kids love to go bowling so we decided that before we headed up to Park City that we would stop at Fat Cats in Salt Lake, (I like it better than Provo's because it's way bigger.) They had a blast playing the games, bowling, and of course stuffing our faces. Taylor won all of us with his 3 strikes and 2 spares, hhhmmm??? Maybe I should sign him up to be in a bowling league?

Dallin LOVES to go bowling, here's a little help from dad!

Taylor got 3 strikes, woo hoo Tay!

Smashing the aliens!

Tay got 100 tickets on this, he was so excited.

Halloween cookies with Meema

Meema with all the kids, and their big pumpkin cookies.

It's a tradition every year around Halloween that Meema has the grandkids over for decorating Halloween cookies. The kids absolutely love it and love making a big mess. Meema is always so nice to keep doing this, even though it seems like each year it gets to be a bigger and bigger mess to clean up, but she's a good sport. The kids always look forward to it and love spending time with their cousins and their Meema.

Meema even made ghost jello for everyone, it was so cute, and way yummy too.
