Corn cribs at Canyonlands!
This year was no different than any other year that I have in Canyonlands, it's honestly my very favorite place ever! From the sites, to the smell I just have SOOOO many good memories and I love that I can share them with my kids now. This year not all of my family came, which was sad, but for all that did, we had a great time. It was my family, Dad, July, Jennifer, Tanner, Brittany, Brighton, and our friends Mario and Marta. I loved being able to show things to people that have never seen them. We hiked a lot, relaxed, ate lots of food, and saw breathtaking views. I look forward to this trip every single year, and LOVE that my kids look forward to it too. They always ask, "when are we going to the Bat Cave?" I love the memories that we create!
There are LOTS of pictures so sorry if it's quite long!
We also try and hike to Delicate every year too which is in Moab, and this year we did it first on our way down to Canyonlands, it's amazing!

Is this not the most amazing site ever, LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

Family pic by Delicate!

One week shy of 8 months, probably crazy for hiking to Delicate, but so worth it!

My dad thought it would be funny to put my belly in the hole, kind of clever huh?

Ready to hike!

13 faces pictograph! Okay so there's something really cool about this, my dad has known about this place for over 40 years and all the sudden they took it off the map and the rangers don't even tell you that it's there unless you ask about it and then at that they assume you know where it is because no one should know about it. I love that we have a little secret place to go. It use to have 13 faces, kind of like Jesus and his 12 apostles, but 3 of them have been washed away by the floods of 1984 I think that's why they don't tell you where it is because they want to preserve it. It's pretty dang cool!

Look at the heart shaped rock above us, awwww.....so precious! I know kind of cheezy!

Handsome boy!

July sat on her camelback, I think she really peed her pants, ha ha!
