Friends, Friends, and more Friends

I have been such a lucky gal this last week being able to go out with friends for my birthday, 3 different nights! Seriously I have the best hubby EVER!

Us 3 are always crazy with the camera and ALWAYS have such a good time when we are together. We went to Sizzler to eat, Ange was the best waitress ever and hooked us up with LOTS of food, then we went shopping and Jenny bought me the cutest shirt EVER, (thanks friend), and then me and Kristen were moral support for Jenny because she wanted to get her ears pierced. It was hilarious, we laughed so hard. I LOVE going out with these guys, we ALWAYS have tons of fun and just laugh laugh laugh!

This night me, Bren, and Myken went to Zupas and hung forever, catching up with Brenda since we never see her. After me and Myken went browsing at the stores, love spending time with her, thanks for always being the best Myken!

This night was so fun, we went and ate at a new restraunt in Highland called the Blue Lemon, yum, yum, yum! It was so great to hang out and visit with everyone and I LOVED the presents from them all, seriously I kind of felt stupid with all the nice things they gave me, thanks guys! They are so dang thoughtful! After a few of us went to the movie, "The Proposal!" We laughed so hard, it was a great night with great friends!

St. George weekend, so special!!!

This weekend was really GREAT!! We were able to go to St. George to see my bro Daron and my sweet sis-in-law Angie get sealed to their babes in the St. George temple. It was so spiritual in the temple, I honestly LOVE the feeling there. I loved seeing the kids in all their white and to hear little Kasen say, "Whas That?" to Daron! I loved seeing Daron and Angie tear up, of course made me cry, but was an amazing spiritual experience, thanks you guys for letting us be a part of it. We also were able to see Bentley blessed on Sunday, once again Daron was AMAZING, he did such a good job on the blessing! We loved being with family, hanging out and playing games at the condo, and just spending some fun QUALITY time!

We slept the first night Grandma's, kind of crazy and interesting experience!

This was an inside joke, but seriously you should have seen how all of us slept at my Grandma's with the scratchiest blankets, me and Jake were laughing so so hard! It was hilarious!

On Saturday we got to spend the night at mom's condo, so much more comfortable, thanks mom!

Murphy Family Reunion

Every year in July we pack up and head out to the Murphy Family Reunion! We have been to some pretty fun places over the years, but the last 3 have been at Crystal Hot Springs in Honeyville Utah. I think it's a consenses that it's time to move on and find somewhere else, for some reason it seemed SOOOOO dirty and run down this year, but at least the kids didn't know that, they ALWAYS have such a good time hanging out with cousins and just being with the fam. I always love talking with all of Jake's cousins, I pretty much think of them as my own, and love that we all spend the time together!

It's my Birthday

For those of you that know me know that I LOVE birthday's, mine included!! I love to celebrate all week, hey even all month if I can drag it out that long (hasn't happened yet), but for some reason this year I feel SOOOOO old! Maybe it's that I'm this old and pregnant, I'm not sure!! I do have some fun things in the next week to celebrate, CAN'T WAIT, but today was just great hanging out with my fam. We got home from our Murphy Family reunion, pics to come soon, we were pretty tired, dirty, and had to clean all the camping stuff up, woo hoo how fun huh? So thanks Ange for inviting us over to celebrate my day with the fam, what a perfect way to spend it. So here's to getting older, but keeping my mind and TRYING to keep my body as young as I possibly can! Happy Birthday to me!

The boys were SOOOO excited to give me their presents today, they both wrapped up some of their favorite POKEMON cards just for me, okay so maybe I will HAVE to start liking Pokemon since I have apparently started my own collection. I loved their cards and they drew me some pictures, they are the BEST!!

Steel Days Carny

My very most favorite time of the year is Steel Days, I think it's because when I was little it was always around my birthday and I remember thinking, wow they have this carnival for me! That only lasted a couple of years, but I just love the time me and my family always spend doing the fun festivities. This year we are going to Jake's family reunion (which is always fun) so we will miss all the excitement which I'm pretty sad about, but I at least wanted to take the kids to the carny. They LOVED it!! I've learned that my 2 boys are serious adrenaline junkies, oh no!! I remember going to Disneyland and they both wanted to ride all the crazy big rides and LOVED it, so I have to say, they are WAAAAYYYY fun to go with.
